The robot prepares the most popular dish in the It Is a Lot of Salmon menu — a poka. On this cold dish on the basis of rice, red fish and vegetables about a half of orders is necessary, the founder of New Kitchen Family Yakov Mendeleyev told Vedomosti.
The order at restaurant will need to be issued through the electronic menu on the tablet or using the smartphone. At choice will offer five types to a poka then the robot in one-two minutes will execute the order. According to Mendeleyev, further use of the robot in projects of New Kitchen Family company is possible, but everything will depend on results of the first point.[1]
