Customers: DST-Urals

Project date: 2025/06

Tractor Plant "DST-Ural" creates a digital copy of the enterprise for 550 million rubles. Part of the money (278.2 million rubles) will be provided by the Russian Fund for the Development of Information Technologies (RFRIT), the press service of the fund said in June 2025.

Within the framework of this project, software modules are developed and tested using neural network models for detecting various objects as part of the Industrial Assistant software complex. The project is being implemented by the company "Develop and Share."

It is assumed that the new digital solution will reduce fuel and transport costs, increase labor productivity, reduce emergencies and downtime, and save on repairs and maintenance.

The "industrial assistant" will be a digital copy of the enterprise and will allow managers to see in real time where each machine works, how many materials are mined when maintenance is required. All documents - waybills, work orders - will be formed automatically.

The DST-Ural company expects that the new system will completely replace such well-known foreign solutions as Micromine Alastri or Cat Grade. When the Industrial Assistant is ready, it will be able to use it not only at DST-Ural, but also at other mining plants in Russia.

"Industrial Assistant" refers to particularly important projects (WBS). These are key projects for the development and implementation of Russian IT solutions for import substitution and accelerated development of the industry. WBS are aimed at replacing foreign solutions in priority areas for industries. They are implemented within the framework of the activities of industrial competence centers (ICC) either at the expense of companies' own funds, or with grant support from the state. Under the conditions of selection, co-financing of projects by recipients of grants should be at least 50%.[1]
