Infuturum Apteka (BIT: Apteka)

The 1C-Rarus company completed the project on automation of the drugstore Infuturum located in the city of Kotelniki of the Moscow region. For implementation the program "1C: Retail 8 is selected. Drugstore". Works are carried out at a stage before start of drugstore. It allowed company management to open an object just in time and from the first day of work to provide effective management of drugstore. The installed software product helps to keep account of trade inventories in a warehouse, accounting of revenue of the company.

The drugstore of Infuturum company is located in the city of Kotelniki of the Moscow region. An object is single, does business by medicines for the population. The floor space of drugstore makes about 70 sq.m.

The management of drugstore made the decision on automation of an object at a stage before its start. Using an information system it was going to reach the following tasks:

• Prepare for start and open drugstore just in time;
• Keep quantitative account of medicines;
• Keep account of trade inventories in a warehouse;
• Consider a cash on hand;
• Analyze trade operations.

For implementation the industry solution "1C: Retail 8 was selected. Drugstore" and also the electronic retail store equipment (fiscal registrar) allowing to accelerate processes of work of personnel and customer service. The 1C-Rarus company - the reliable partner having wide experience of automation became the contractor of the project.

The created information system with the electronic equipment integrated into it allowed personnel of drugstore Infuturum:

• Keep account of transactions:
  • Goods receipt from the supplier on a warehouse of drugstore;
  • Goods return to the supplier;
  • Sales of goods;
  • Sale of sets of goods;
  • Inventory of goods;
  • Cash receipt from buyers;
  • Execution of checks of sale and the summary report on the cash register;

• Quote retail prices for batches;
• Control onto counterfeits, the obligatory range, expiration dates of medicines, a holiday according to the recipe, the size of a trade margin;
• Load and use the normative reference information on medicines from materials of the disk "ITS Medicine":
• Keep in contact with the Uniform State Qualifier.

Using the solution "1C: Retail 8. The drugstore" on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform the management can carry out the analysis of trade operations. Thus, effective management of an object due to decision making on the basis of up-to-date data about work of drugstore is provided.
