2018: Auto Test Extension

On August 31, 2018, Technoserv Consulting announced the expansion of the car testing system in Ingosstrakh. The project was completed together with Reksoft.

In 2017, Technoserv Consulting and Reksoft helped Ingosstrakh select and then implement a tool to automate the testing process - SmartBear TestLeft. The task of the project to expand the system was to transfer to automatic testing mode updates for a number of services on the company's external website, interact the information system with the Russian Union of Auto Insurers (PCA) and create a framework that laid the foundation for the further development of the system of auto tests of the user interface of the internal information system.

As of August 2018, the specialized system automated software testing processes to update/change such services available on the Ingosstrakh website as: Traveler Insurance calculator, Mortgage Insurance calculator, and Accident Insurance calculator. Auto tests were also developed and introduced for the correctness of operation for the system modules responsible for interacting with external systems, for example, checking the correctness of data sent to the PCA as part of the accounting of CTP policies.

The developed and implemented functionality helps to model various situations that arise when filling out the application fields on the Ingosstrakh website, and check the correctness of interaction in the following areas: OSAGO agreement, E-OSAGO, settlement of losses. As of August 2018, the auto testing system covers all processes and stages of passing the contract in the information system of the insurance company: from creating or making changes to closing and fixing losses.
