Ingosstrakh entrusted Xerox management of printing infrastructure

On April 3 2019goda the Xerox company reported that Ingosstrakh, within transformation of IT processes, transferred Xerox control of the printing infrastructure. As a result of transition to outsourcing the company released time of IT specialists for the solution of priority tasks, at the same time having reduced costs for printing for 20% and volumes of printing for 10%.

SPAO "Ingosstrakh" started large-scale transformation of IT, having changed approach to creation of processes in department of information technologies and having transferred functionality which is not to key, external providers.

Based on the held tender management of the printing park was entrusted Xerox company. The task to increase efficiency of printing infrastructure that means optimization of the park of a printing equipment, improvement of processes of its use and also cost reduction on one copy was set for service provider.

At head offices in Moscow specialists of Xerox completed the first stage of implementation of service in a month then eleven more were added to them in the Moscow region. According to the results of service implementation the Ingosstrakh company could reach 20 percent economy of expenses on printing for 2018. For April, 2019 the assessment of potential of development of this service in regional network is carried out.

Further for reorganization of printing infrastructure and processes system implementation of management and roaming of printing which should help to personalize printing with an opportunity to manage confidential flows, to get rid of inappropriate printing and also studying and requirements analysis of different user groups is planned effectively to use possibilities of modern multi-function printers, to simplify and accelerate workflows.
