Brutman: "Since 1995 accounting, personnel and material records and also payroll at Institute were performed using the COMPASS COMFORT software package selected by us for optimal price relation and qualities of software. Thanks to the clear principles of a programs runtime and the friendly user interface, we managed less than in a year to implement all functionality necessary for us by own forces – in KOMPAS company we addressed only for separate consultations. High degree of readiness of drawing delivery of the software product allowed us to manage in the course of implementation a minimum of individual preferences.

During all life of a packet "KOMPAS COMFORT" the KOMPAS company provided high-quality software maintenance, timely delivering the new versions supporting changes in the legislation. It and also the convenience of the software caused that when in 2007 a packet "KOMAS KOMFORT" working running the DOS operating system was removed from support by Developers, as replacement we without hesitation selected the COMPASS EXPERT system which inherited all advantages of the predecessor. The possibility of licensing by the principle "a limit on the number of simultaneous accesses to a DB of any system modules" was additional benefit of the new system working running the Windows operating system. Such approach allows to reduce total cost of ownership of softwares.

Transition was carried out with hardly any trouble at all. We completed accounting in 2007 on an old packet, and since January 1, 2008 already began to work at the COMPASS EXPERT system. All necessary data were accurately transferred by the consultant of KOMPAS company to a new DB".
