The 1C-Rarus company completed implementation of the 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 program in Vektor scientific center, the press service of integrator reported on August 8, 2013.

Project Background

The automation purpose - conducting regulated accounting according to standards of the Ministry of Finance. As the contractor of the project selected the Novosibirsk branch "1C-Rarus".

Project Progress

Works are performed:

• Installation and setup of the 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 software product.
• Completion of the program taking into account specifics of the enterprise and also large volume of data (printed forms, reports, procedures of filling, etc.).
• Transfer in new information base of copies of agreements and data validation.
• Consultations for the staff of the Center for work with the program and to technical features of its use.

Project Results

Organization began to work more effectively after process automation:

• The isolated accounting on sources of financial provision according to standard methodology of budget accounting and the working chart of accounts according to annex No. 1 to the order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation of 12/1/2010 No. 157n.
• Financial assets.
• Settlings with suppliers and contractors on the issued advance payments.
• Settlings with advance holders on the issued advance payments.
• Calculations for income.
• Accounting of obligations.
• Authorization of expenses of budgets.
• Accounting of a financial result of activity of organization.
• Accounting of the VAT, invoices, maintaining purchase ledgers and sales.
• Tax accounting of depreciable property.
