Intekhbank (Faktura.ru)

Intekhbank (Kazan) together with RBS provider of Faktura.ru brought in the summer of 2014 into commercial operation service of remote banking for retail clients.

Use of IT technologies becomes the defining factor of successful development of banking business today. For this reason Intekhbank pays special attention to implementation of the advanced information technologies and products allowing to satisfy as much as possible customer needs.

The bank is regularly going to expand a line of banking products and services, to raise the service quality level, to optimize business processes and to develop IT infrastructure in partnership with the CFT Group which began in 2009 when in Intekhbank information bank complex CFT Bank (Platform 1) was implemented.

Within a new stage of cooperation in August, 2014 in the shortest possible time the Internet bank service for private clients based on Faktura.ru technology was brought into operation, its integration with card processing of bank (Ministry of Railways of MasterCard) is performed. The project on implementation of "Zolotaya Korona — Money Transfers" service is at the moment developed. The system of remote banking implemented in Intekhbank on the Faktura.ru platform allows clients to manage accounts, deposits, the credits, plastic cards, to make any payments from any device having Internet access. The complex of remote bank services will allow to increase commission revenues of bank due to use of payment services of utility, public, municipal services through the Federal City System, sending instant translations and other payments and also to lower load of front offices and to cut down operating expenses.

Besides, Faktura.ru will please private clients of JSC Intekhbank with an opportunity to work in Internet bank not only via the computer or the notebook, but also using free applications for mobile devices based on the IOS and Android OS platforms.
