On November 7, 2013 it became known of completion of implementation of technology of automation by Armex company "to 1C: Publishing house 8" at the Interkrim-press enterprise.

Project Results

As a result of implementation there was an opportunity most authentically to calculate direct costs of production of each copy. The error probability when calculating planned and actual cost of products is insignificant. It provides to publishing house an opportunity to control costs and to achieve their general decrease by 10%.

On the basis of information on cost value of editions the company could arrange pricing: increase a trade margin where it is possible and to lower where it is necessary. Such measures led to improving competitiveness of publishing house, gave the chance to the management flexibly to react to change of market conditions and provided increase in profitability of business on different groups of editions for 5-15%.

The detailed analysis of profitability of orders on the terms of the contract helped the company to reveal unprofitable orders, to refuse them or to renew agreements in own favor. As a result - the profit of the enterprise increased by 14%.

Formation of documents for monthly mailing to subscribers is automated.

A new system allowed managers and managers to systematize and process a large number of information connected with sales of products. Convenient system of report generation which is in "1C: Publishing house 8" a part of the CRM system, provides managers with qualitative analytics, including such important reports as ABC - and XYZ analyses of sales. The analysis of sales volumes in terms of demand and ABC/XYZ classification of sales allowed managers to focus on work with the most significant and perspective clients that led to the general increase in sales volumes by 12%.
