2023: Using VisionLabs video analytics
The Moscow Credit Bank (MKB) implemented an experimental video analytics system based on computer vision from VisionLabs, which announced this on May 23, 2023. The system, launched at the Neva Towers MKB department, allows you to fully digitize the client's path, determine the emotional state of the client and identify problem areas in service, thereby increasing the speed and quality of the services provided.
The bank offers a different approach to using AI technologies and digitizes the part of the client path that usually remained in the "blind" zone. The ability to measure customer satisfaction at all stages of service helps optimize employee performance.
Cameras installed in the department in real time record a person entered the office and help track 100% of the client's path. The video analyst assesses not only the speed and efficiency of the service, but also the emotional state of the client, gender, age and number of unique visitors, the time spent in the waiting area, near ATMs and electronic queue terminals.
The video analytics system is based on the LUNA computer vision platform from VisionLabs.
