The international airport Vladivostok carried out deployment of EDMS

On March 31, 2014 it became known of an implementation project EDMS CompanyMedia in IT infrastructure international airport Vladivostok. Support to the project was given by the company InterTrust.

Project Progress

System implementation of electronic document management is begun in 2009, from the beginning of creation of IT infrastructure of the airport.

"When choosing EDMS such criteria as existence of necessary functionality, ownership cost, a possibility of fast deployment, presence at vendor of rates for training in skills of work with a system were considered. These are those requirements which business users and IT specialists of customer companies impose practically to any software solution, and EDMS – not an exception, - Dmitry Isyanov Dmitry, the director of directorate of information technologies of the international airport told Vladivostok. - Existence of the qualified support service on the party of the developer and a possibility of independent system implementation was important for IT service".

After market research and suppliers, the customer made the decision on acquisition EDMS CompanyMedia and attraction in the project of the developer- InterTrust.

Implementation was conducted independently by the staff of IT service of the airport supported by consultants of the developer, occasionally far off. Deployment and setup of a system were completed within a month.

Project Results

CompanyMedia is used in a standard configuration. 91 users - heads of all business divisions of the airport, their deputies work with a system. Almost all managerial documents are processed in EDMS, including entering and proceeding, orders, instructions, resolutions, agreements, minutes of meetings, etc.
