2025: Implementation of the Remote Service System

Diasoft, together with the Interregional Registrar Center (MRC JSC), has implemented a project to introduce a remote service system aimed at improving the quality of interaction with customers - shareholders and issuers. The solution made it possible to simplify document flow, ensure the possibility of submitting applications and holding meetings in a remote format, as well as increase the efficiency of internal processes. Diasoft announced this on July 2, 2025.

Particular attention was paid to compliance with regulatory requirements and ensuring information security. All solutions were implemented on an import-independent platform and integrated with the company's existing systems.

Within the framework of the project, three functional units were introduced in MRC JSC. The "personal account of the shareholder" allows you to conduct a legally significant exchange of documents with MRC JSC, send requests with the possibility of attaching documents and signing their EP, form accounts and make online payments, authorize citizens of the Russian Federation using the unified identification and authentication system (ESIA) of the portal of public services, make changes to personal data, participate in meetings of issuers connected to the system.

The Issuer's Personal Account ensures the maintenance of legally significant document flow, the ability to send requests, attach documents to them and sign their EDS, keep records of representatives and their powers of attorney with a term of office, hold meetings of the Issuer, and publish decisions. All options for holding, registering and participating in the meeting are available for voting.

The "investment platform" is designed to conclude investment agreements by its participants. Access to the platform is provided by the investment platform operator, specialized registrar of MRC JSC. The solution allows you to create investment proposals, receive funds and payments from participants, guided by rules and regulations, make returns and payments to the investor, participants, and control investment payments. The solution can be used not only for participants of the investment platform registered in the register.

The Investment Platform was developed in accordance with Federal Law No. 259-FZ of August 2, 2019 and complies with the requirements of the Bank of Russia: the MRC is included in the official register of investment platform operators.

Also, as part of joint work with MRC JSC, Diasoft created and implemented the Open product on the data basis of a technological platform. Having implemented a remote service system, we optimized the processes of attracting investments for issuers, obtaining complete information about proposals for investors, concluding investment and payment agreements, organizing electronic votes, as well as maintaining all related documents.
