2019: Implementation 1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 CORP

Primary activity of JSC Intertechenergo company is activity of the customer builder, general contractor, production of other installation and construction works and also construction of residential and non-residential buildings.

The information system which was used at the enterprise not fully provided needs of the client.

Project objectives were increase in effective management of personnel (the complete solution for automation) and also ensuring information support of business processes.

Company management of JSC INTERTECHENERGO it was decided to use a product "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 CORP" and 1C: Accounting 8 CORP

The RG-Soft company acted as the contractor of implementation

During the carried-out works the following functions were executed:

• a system in 5 workplaces is automated;
• necessary initial settings are made.

The program allows to solve problems of implementation of the HR policy of the enterprise and comprehensive personel assessment at the modern level, correctly and quickly to process information on a status of personnel of the enterprise and to give the qualitative and informative conclusions about employees abilities on its basis, to plan training, development and career, to make the justified management decisions.

A system is accepted in commercial operation since 8/15/2019.
