Inventas consolidates purchases of nine enterprises on electronic platform

In September, 2017 the group of Inventas integrating nine manufacturing enterprises in the Republic of Tatarstan announced transfer of purchases to B2B-Center electronic marketplace.

Project Tasks

The main objective — to consolidate purchases of all plants for increase in their efficiency and level of control. Besides, the company expects to reduce costs for search of suppliers and to optimize purchasing activity.

Since June of the current year Inventas Group carried out 26 purchases for the total amount more than 87 million rubles on the B2B-Center platform. Due to consolidation of purchasing amounts of holding and increase in the competition between potential suppliers we managed to receive more advantageous conditions of contracts. In plans for the near future — expansion of purchasing amounts of the enterprises of holding electronically — Alexander Zaytsev, the director of purchasing activity of Inventas Group told.

Purchases on the EDS

On electronic platform the company buys component parts, materials, tools and the industrial equipment for production of electrotechnical and cable and conduction products, metalwork, elements of the main gas pipelines, oil pipelines and oil pipelines which are previously heat-insulated by polyurethane foam (PPU) of pipes and shaped products and also individual protection equipment and other goods and services.

Inventas Group distinguish system approach to the organization of purchasing activity. The holding developed uniform regulations on purchases for all enterprises, created the center for their carrying out, and now automates the choice of the best offers from suppliers using electronic platform. It is a model of modern approach to company management with branched structure which allows to reduce costs and to provide transparency of purchasing process — the CEO of B2B-Center Andrey Boyko emphasized.
