The Irito group implements technologies of control and approval of agreements

The company NORBIT completed an implementation project of a recording system and control of approval of agreements for the company IRITO, the press service of integrator reported on March 20, 2013. Technological support of the project: SharePoint 2010 and Nintex workflow 2010.

Technology procurements

For maintaining information on agreements in the company Excel was used that caused certain inconveniences in conditions when there is a work with large volumes of documents.

Transfer of process of approval of agreements to an electronic form should reduce considerably temporary labor costs and increase transparency of this process. The contractor selected NORBIT company which offered as the technological solution the system of approval of agreements on the platform SharePoint 2010 and Nintex workflow 2010.

Project

As by the time of the beginning of the project the customer in the idle status had SharePoint, specialists of NORBIT suggested to perform system deployment on the IT environment which is available in the company, speeding up its work.

Business processes of the customer were formalized, setup of selection processes of the partner and approval of agreements is performed. Specialists of the customer were trained to work in a system. After that the solution was brought into operation. Today in a system about 20 users work.

The project is performed in 2 weeks.

Dmitry Karbasov, the head of complex projects on the Microsoft platform of NORBIT company, noted: "Thanks to application of the Nintex Workflow platform we could implement in short terms business process of the customer in a system and quickly make changes. As a result in IRITO the automated system of approval of agreements was created that allows to reduce considerably time spent for this process and also to avoid possible errors and additional questions".
