Irkutsk specialized developer IrkutskGorStroy and IT company Filosfot, which develops digital solutions for development, signed a partnership agreement. Cooperation involves the implementation of a project to introduce the functions of a "smart" home on the basis of the domestic mobile application "Majord" in residential complexes "IrkutskGorStroy." This was announced by "Philosopher" on April 25, 2024.

Connecting the mobile ecosystem to residential complexes will simplify the interaction of the management company with residents, take meter readings online, pay for receipts, start applications for repairs and maintenance for management companies, receive notifications about water leakage and entry into the apartment, as well as create a safe environment inside the residential complex through intelligent solutions in the field of video surveillance and access control to the territory.

The smart home system appeared in our homes immediately after meeting the Philosopher company. Earlier, the Scandinavia residential complex was erected and the first stage was commissioned without a smart home system, but we have already installed it for the second stage. The world is changing rapidly and we are keeping pace with the times, creating better living conditions for our customers. Also, IrkutskGorStroy acquired an ERP system from Filosfot for integrated management of development projects.
