1C: MTO Material and Technical Support and "1C:MDM Management of the normative reference information" in Irkutsk Oil Company

KONUS Group and AXELOT companies automated processes of logistics and management of the normative reference information of Irkutsk Oil Company based on 1C.

Development by specialists of KONUS Group of the Concept of organizational development which was approved by major shareholders became the first stage of the project. The key moments of conversions, areas of responsibility were reflected in the Concept. On the basis of the approved approaches regulations of activity of logistics, including a system of key performance indicators were developed. After approval of regulations requirements for automation were formulated. The second stage was automation which was performed by the AXELOT command. As a result for the first time for the oil-extracting company all necessary functionality of MTS using the 1C software product was implemented. It does not concede to the tools of large ERP- of systems which are traditionally used by the Russian oil companies.

A system provides full control of material flows: formation and approval of requests, control of limits of financing, maintaining agreements with suppliers, accounting and inventory management. It gives the chance of the management company which is in Irkutsk to provide operational management and control of the movement of material flows on hardly accessible fields of Eastern Siberia.

The functionality of a system allows to exercise planning and control of providing not only on the current activity of the company, but also at construction of new objects. It is especially relevant for quickly developing oil company which INK is.

Automation allows to control supply process entirely: from the moment of formation of the request for providing before intake of materials and the equipment on a warehouse or a production facility. Already in the current year information on security of the current construction objects and works orders with warehouse stocks will allow to save financial resources of the company due to involvement in production of a free remaining balance.

Users of an information system are both top managers, and specialists on fields.

It should be noted that automation of process of monitoring of supply on key performance indicators, including the developed reporting under KPI, is a basis for creation of a system of motivation of personnel based on work.

Also for the first time for the oil-extracting company system "1C:MDM" was implemented and integration with this system of the database of agreements and partners of an electronic document management system of DocsVision and accounting is performed. Implementation "1C:MDM" gives the chance to avoid duplication of data entry in the different systems and to provide a uniform information field for acceptance of management decisions.
