2019: Audit of an information security system

On July 18, 2019 Corus Consulting Group announced completion of audit of an information security system for the Russian office of Itella company, the large international logistic operator. According to the results of audit experts created a set of recommendations for gain of a circuit of information security and increase in level of security of corporate data of Itella in Russia.

Besides, specialists carried out inventory of license agreements, the software set on computers of staff of Itella in Russia and servers of the operator. At last, CORUS Consulting Group analyzed actual state of processes and organizational and administrative document flow (including on personal data processing) regarding compliance to requirements of regulators. Minimization of cybersecurity risks not only will help Itella with Russia to save data within corporate network, but also will increase the level of control and quality of training of the reporting.

In a project deliverable experts confirmed the high level of information security and personal data protection and also provided practical recommendations about further gain of confidential data protection, optimization of license contracts and improvement of information security about all network of the company.

2014: The organization of the program of increase in awareness of personnel in questions of data protection

In November, 2014 LETA company, the Russian service provider in information security field, announced project implementation in large international company Itella on the organization of the program of increase in awareness of personnel in questions of data protection.

The service company Itella Corporation provides a full range of services in transportation of loads across Russia and to any place in the world all means of transport and also is engaged in development of complete solutions in the field of e-commerce. For the purpose of ensuring reliable data protection the management of Itella addressed specialists of LETA for creation of the program which would help to increase the level of awareness of employees in questions of information security.

During the project experts of LETA developed the information materials in three languages intended for internal mailing for the purpose of the notification of personnel on possible threats of information security, measures of protection and the best practices in the field of ensuring data protection. A series of the branded graphic materials – images which can be used as desktop wallpaper or posters was also prepared. The materials created within the project allow in a simple and available form, without holding special occupations, to explain to employees, why, as well as from whom it is necessary to protect data.

In 2013 the LETA company started the program "So Safely!" designed to help the organizations to increase the level of awareness of the employees in the field of data protection and to minimize the risks connected with information leaks. The program purpose – to provide cybersecurity and IT specialists with convenient tools which will help to explain importance of data protection and to give basic knowledge in information security field to each worker – from the non-management employee to the head.
