Izmailovo car (Alpha Car: Motor show + Car service + Auto parts)

The data center "1C-Rarus" (file) completed the project of creation of a system of operational accounting in the Toyota Izmailovo Center company which is the official dealer of the Japanese automobile concern Toyota. The Альфа-Авто:Автосалон+Автосервис+Автозапчасти, edition 4 software product on the 1C: Enterprise 8.1 platform became a basis for automation.

The car center had experience with programs on the 1C: Enterprise platform earlier, and expansion of activity of the center led the management to the decision on need of implementation of new software solutions.

The project of automation of operational accounting was executed jointly by employees of the customer and Intensive Center in five months. Works on document flow setup, creation of the mechanism for data processing were performed on cars, user interface customization for input of difficult multistep transactions, development of the block of a time recording and also transfer of a remaining balance from a former information system is performed.

The implemented system allows to keep account of cars and spare parts, accounting of orders for cars and component parts, to conduct settlings with buyers and suppliers, to make out requests for repair, to manage regulation and pricing, to process all necessary documents, to maintain current status of reference books.

According to the head of IT department "Toyota Izmailovo Center" Dmitry Dmitriyev, the new system of operational accounting allowed to optimize all basic processes of activity of car center, to reduce personnel labor costs, to receive the broad picture on the sold cars and the rendered services.

In plans of the company - further development of a system: automation of management accounting, formation of the block of the standard reporting and also automation of Toyota Izmailovo Center restaurant.
