2025: TopLog WMS Implementation
Jak Car introduced the TopLog WMS system to optimize warehouse logistics. Toplog announced this on September 15, 2025.
The system carries out planning and total control of operations, which reduces the risk of human errors and delays, and processes customer orders faster and more accurately.
Dzhak Car is a subsidiary of the JAC MOTORS plant and an exclusive distributor of the JAC brand in Russia. The company sells cars and trucks, provides customer support during the operation of equipment. The company has central and regional warehouses, as well as warehouses based on large dealerships.
Sales volumes of the Chinese automaker are growing steadily: the JAC brand is one of the TOP-3 medium-tonnage trucks sold in the country. To manage the warehouse and prepare logistics for further development, the company decided to implement the TopLog WMS warehouse management system. The integrator was the Toplog project team.
The JAC MOTORS distribution warehouse is a class A facility located on the territory of the Andreevskoye industrial park in the Leninsky district of the Moscow region. The warehouse with an area of 10,000 square meters. m is equipped with a system of front racks and a four-story mezzanine, which allows you to effectively use the space and optimize storage. The warehouse for September 2025 stores 20,000 items of auto parts and components.
As a result of the introduction of TopLog WMS, a full cycle of warehouse operation was automated: from acceptance and placement of goods in storage areas to shipment of orders, inventory and accounting. Mobile and fixed workplaces have been created, employees perform all operations using data collection terminals (shipping documentation). The system carries out planning and total control of operations, which reduces the risk of human errors and delays, and processes customer orders faster and more accurately.
WMS implements product accounting in terms of quality, as well as tracking serial numbers for individual product groups, which allows you to control the movement of each unit at all stages. The system is integrated with weight measuring equipment for accounting for goods without pre-established weight and size characteristics. The acceptance process can be carried out both by cargo carriers and individually - depending on the type of supplies. An important element of the project was the setting up of work in the zone of a four-story mezzanine, which can hold up to 27,000 cells. Using the TopLog API, integration with the enterprise's 1C-based enterprise information system is implemented, which ensures error-free data synchronization.
To implement the project, the standard functionality of TopLog WMS was used, which fully covered the current requirements of the warehouse and made it possible to complete the implementation within 3 months.
Also, the modules "Information Panels" and "Personnel Motivation" were introduced into the project. The first provides the warehouse with real-time data on key performance indicators. The motivation module is used to take into account the productivity of employees and the formation of a transparent bonus system based on the operations performed.
With the help of automation, it was possible to increase the throughput of the warehouse, speed up the implementation of key operations, and increase the accuracy of the assembly of orders. Increased functionality, scalability and flexibility of the warehouse system. This will allow the customer to quickly respond to changes in consumer demand, quickly ensure the availability of the necessary spare parts and maintain a high level of client service.
