On July 24, 2014 BPC Bank Technologies announced project completion of start of a processing center in RUSSLAVBANK on the platform of the SmartVista system.
Project Results
Creation of own processing center helped bank to avoid the excess expenses connected with operation of the outsourcing processing system which was not allowing to implement fully the strategy of development for the direction of bank cards. Now the RUSSLAVBANK has an opportunity - to create quickly and in few days to bring to the market new card products and services, including specific products for different customer groups.
Total cost of ownership a system decreases. Migration on SmartVista product family, including development of interfaces to the ABS, IVR systems existing in Bank, the e-wallet of Contact24, is complete less than in six months. BPC Bank Technologies were provided to Bank by functionality for connection of mobile POS terminals and other modern channels of service. For ensuring additional security of transactions according to cards of BPC Bank Technologies implemented the solution on SmartGuard fraud prevention.
