Microtest reduced by 70% labor input of budgeting of the dealer of Toyota and Lexus using IBM Cognos

The Microtest company announced in September, 2011 results of system implementation of IBM Cognos Planning in JV BIZNES KAR company for process optimization of budget management.

Within the first stage of the project on the basis of methodology of JV BIZNES KAR LLC consultants Microtest implemented a single system of budgeting (ASB BK Group) based on IBM Cognos Planning. A system covers a full stroke of budget management, including:

• formation of budgets of divisions and operating budgets, control of their preparation, approval and execution;
• calculation of the investment budget;
• formation of output financial budgets is P&L,Ñash Flow, Balance Sheet on group in general, by legal entities and profit centers in the Russian and English languages;
• automation of a distribution model of overheads on profit centers;
• consolidation of financial information, formation of financial statements.
