2023: Creating a Client Cabinet for Jet CSIRT Service

The first Bit on April 19, 2023 announced that he had designed a client cabinet for the information security service Jet CSIRT.

Jet CSIRT service is an information security outsourcing project with a focus on rapid response, cyber intelligence, computer crime investigation and comprehensive support.

To process calls, employees of Jet Infosystems use one well-known Service Desk system. On the part of employees, this system works impeccably, but customers lacked convenience and functionality. They did not see the statuses of their applications; did not know if additional information was required.

The team of the Krasnoyarsk office of the IT integrator "First Bit" designed and launched an understandable and informative personal account for Jet CSIRT users in 6 months.

The cabinet was integrated with the Service Desk system and LDAP server to control user access. The team managed to save all client data and connect a personal account without interrupting the services provided.

There were high information security requirements for the project - during the development process, source code, used packages and libraries were repeatedly analyzed. At the request of the customer, the development was carried out right on its site.

In the personal account, Jet CSIRT customers see all the information they need, incident statistics on their projects, status of calls and tasks. Two-factor authorization using generated QR codes has been implemented.
