The Russian IT-the company WaveAccess June 23, 2021 announced the automation of the department CRM,. Jisp digital retail platform Now invoices (reports on all transactions on purchases from retailers for the settlement period) are generated automatically, which at times increases the speed of the funds transfers store account and makes the accrual of all fees completely transparent.

Transactions for all orders made on the platform go through the Jisp financial system, so initially the funds for paid purchases go to the accounts of the aggregator, not the retail store. The retailer is transferred money after the settlement period. In order to do this, you need to generate a report for all transactions with breakdowns that include returns and partial returns, as well as aggregator commissions. Until recently, this was done manually. Given the large number of stores represented in Jisp, tracking all transactions in this way was extremely difficult and inefficient, and also implied huge labor costs.

To simplify the task, the WaveAccess team developed a system that allows you to automatically generate such invoices and send funds to the retailer.

All transactions linked to each store's legal entity are stored in Dynamics 365 Power Platform (CRM). The Power Automate Flow cloud solution solves the issue of invoice generation and translation.

The technologies and solutions involved in this project are Microsoft Power Apps Dynamics 365 (Microsoft CRM), Power Automate Flow, SyncIT (integration bus, proprietary development WaveAccess). Using Power Platform from Microsoft has reduced the cost of licenses for internal users of the system.
