In "the Joint Financial Leasing company" the first stage of implementation of the distributed information system "Homnet Leasing 8" is completed — regulated accounting based on the standard module "Accounting of the Leasing Company" is automated.

To the project

Earlier for maintaining business and tax accounting in "OFLK" "1C: Accounting 7.7" and Excel were used. However for effective development a system which would allow to automate its activity fully was required. Transition to distributed system "Homnet Leasing 8" became the most preferred choice from all, considered by specialists of the leasing company.

At project planning of automation of "OFLK" the decision on implementation at the first stage of the project of the module "Accounting of the Leasing Company" developed based on the 1C: Accounting 8 configuration of edition 2.0 and which is a part of the distributed information system "Homnet Leasing 8" was made, and further to develop a system, supplementing it with new blocks according to requirements of the leasing company.

Implementation

During the project of automation by specialists of Homnet Leasing company installation of the software product is executed, mechanisms are developed for implementation of automatic transfer and data purification, data transfer from "1C: Accounting 7.7" and Excel in a new information system is performed. User training to work with a system is provided, consulting support at reconciliation by employees of "OFLK" of the transferred data and closing of reporting period is given.

Are automated by the project accounting and tax accounting including the most labor-consuming sections: accounting on balance of the lessee and formation of acts and invoices in batch mode.
