A system is intended for the organization of collecting, storage, processing and evident data view about placement of state orders on the city of Moscow. A system was implemented for the purpose of quality improvement and efficiency of public administration, business management and the solution of social and economic tasks due to timely and high-quality information support in the system of public procurements.

Information source for the analysis is the official site of state procurements of www.zakupki.gov.ru on which data on state procurements of federal level, state procurements of regions of Russia and data from electronic marketplaces arrive. Technically information on procedures and results of the state order can come to a system and from other sources.

As the environment of functioning of the data warehouse Oracle DBMS, and for collecting, processing and information display – analytical means of SAP Business Objects is used.

Display of the resulting analytical information is performed in free access online on the website of the electronic version of the Bulletin of Operational Information "Moscow biddings" www.boi-mt.ru and on the informational portal "Moscow Biddings" www.e-torgi.ru. Besides, analysis results of information are regularly published in printing versions of editions of JSC Joint Editorial Office of Editions of the Mayor and Government of Moscow.

A system is put in operation in December, 2012.
