2023: Implementation of the Plyus7 MayK system
The company K2 Teh , with the support of a partner DIS Group , has implemented a contact center the Russian knowledge management system Plus7 MayK.. The quality of customer service of the contact center has improved due to the transition from use in files search information to use of a specialized knowledge management solution. DIS Group announced this on September 18, 2023.
K2Tekh is developing its contact center by introducing products from domestic vendors. The Russian system Plyus7 MayK allows you to centralize the storage of information in the contact center. As a result, operators respond more quickly to customers, reduce the average call time and reduce the cost of maintaining a contact center. Before implementing the solution, the DIS Group vendor team analyzed, systematized the K2Tex content and implemented it into pre-developed templates. Further, training of content managers and system users was carried out, as well as testing of the solution by the customer.
As of September 2023, K2Tekh employees have already begun independent migration of content into the system and its operation. The implementation of the solution and the systematization of knowledge significantly reduced the time for finding the necessary information from contact center agents, as well as accelerated the onboarding of new employees. The partners plan to further develop the solution through feedback from users and a visual demonstration of the system to customers.
