Avito is one of the IT companies in Russia. According to Arm Annie and Similar web, the most popular online ad platform in the world. The number of active ads for November 2022 on Avito's website is more than 100 million, the daily audience of the platform is 22 million people and is constantly growing. Every second about 7 deals are made on the avito.ru, every day users add more than 900,000 new ads.

Earlier, the exchange of legally significant documents complicated the presence of several tens of thousands of counterparties using the services of different EDO operators. This led to a large number of roaming operations, delays in sending documents, and many manual operations when sending documents. On the recommendation of WiseAdvice-IT automation partners, it was decided to implement the project using the WA: EDO software package of its own design 1C-integrator based on 1C: EDO Client and the revised 1C: Holding Management solution.

The ready-made software components of 1C and operators, integrated into Avito's information system, made it possible to deploy electronic document management with a single interface and fully automated roaming settings as soon as possible.

The integrator highlights the advantages of the technology:

  • advanced capabilities (integration connectors, mechanism for working with server signatures, automated search for counterparties);
  • Support for negotiation routes.

The company's complex IT landscape included integration with Avito's website, the main accounting and management system 1S:UKh and in the future - with ED1C: Document Management.

At the end of the automation project of legally significant EDO, the costs of operations with paper documents were minimized, the labor costs of employees were significantly reduced, documents reached counterparties in a few seconds instead of several days, tax risks were practically excluded, a single interface was set up to work with various EDO operators.

Also, the sending and receiving of invitations to participate in EDO by counterparties according to the rules, receiving information about the counterparty's EDO identifier from Avito's website are automated. The number of outgoing documents increased by 320% and reached 10,000 documents per month with a mass shipment, and 1000 documents per day with a one-time one. In the future, support was provided for reaching the indicators of setting up EDO with 200 thousand counterparties and mass sending of 200 thousand electronic documents during the provision of services.
