On October 2, 2014 KES Holding announced expansion of a system on the platform ABBYY FlexiCapture and "1C: Document Flow" in affiliated enterprise – KES-Energostroyservice JSC.
Project Results
Within the project with the help of ABBYY FlexiCapture in KES-Energostroyservice 17 document types, including acts, expense reports, receipt orders, invoices, consignment notes, etc. are processed.
After implementing solution work of accounting is optimized for 20%. Labor costs were reduced by preparation of document packages for different checks, the risk of loss of documents decreased. On document handling at accountants 1-3 hours instead of 3-7 days, on approval – 1 working day leave.
By means of unification of processes of implementation, the project in KES-Energostroyservice company and its branches is complete in 2 months.
