The Rostov meat producers passed to "eight" from 1C

The management company, construction company, 3 poultry farms on production of meat of broilers in the Rostov region, 2 meat processing plants are a part of the production Optifud block. Continuing to improve own production, the management of Optifud Group in 2009 made the decision on need of introduction at the enterprises of the automated accounting of finished goods. The pilot project of such automation was decided to be implemented at Kalitvinsky meat processing plant which is characterized by experts as one of the most modern in Russia.

Positive experience Optifud with the programs "1C: Enterprise" predetermined the choice of the new version of a technology platform "1C: Enterprise 8.2" as base for development of a specialized system. The agreement on creation of the system which is most meeting requirements of plant was signed with AXELOT company.

Project works began in October, 2009 and came to the end in March, 2010. For the specified period specialists of AXELOT developed accounting procedures of finished goods and development of employees, performed integration of new and corporate information systems, provided user training, executed start of an accounting system in operation. In the project progress 5 stationary jobs are automated, 6 radio data collection terminals function.

Products arriving from production workshop are considered at all stages of the movement: at placement on mobile racks ("racks"), moving to freezing chambers, to storage areas of finished goods and shipment. For transfer to the system of data on the packer, weight, quantity and location of goods the staff of plant uses radio data collection terminals. To avoid scanning of boxes on the subsequent processing stages, at acceptance each box "becomes attached" to the "rack" having own label with the unique barcode. Further when moving products only the racks label is scanned. Low temperatures (to - 350C) are not an obstacle for normal functioning of radio terminals and smooth operation of a system.

The program allows to keep simultaneous account of products with a permanent and "floating" weight: in the latter case data on the mass of goods contain in the barcode and come to a system when reading information from the label. In a system the possibility of accounting of return of goods is implemented, reports on planned and actual targets of production form, technology acts and shipment documents prepare.

Automation of accounting of finished goods made available up-to-date information about existence of goods in each of warehouse zones, about individual volumes of development of employees of production, allowed to perform the procedure of plan-fact production analysis on a centralized basis, in a common information space.

Optifud Group and AXELOT are going to execute replication of a system at one production plant "Optifud" to Semikarakorsk of the Rostov region.
