"The Kaluga state pedagogical university of K.E. Tsiolkovsky" uses a corporate portal

At "The Kaluga state pedagogical university of K.E. Tsiolkovsky" implementation of the DeskWork corporate portal is complete. The project is implemented by Softline company.

At the first stage of the project in university the basic version of DeskWork which was quickly enough filled out with corporate information was set. At the second stage the document flow modules entering the version of DeskWork the Standard were brought into operation: document registration module, module of consecutive approval, module of parallel approval, module of universal approval, module of advanced search of information.

Thanks to document flow modules the university had opportunities of full translation in space of the portal of all processes connected with creation and document approval.

In a project deliverable a common information space for work of staff of university is created, opportunities for document flow process ordering appeared.
