2025: Automate Key Operations with Talarix MES X5 Implementation

The TALARIX project team had to automate the key operations using the TALARIX MES X5 implementation:

• Control of raw materials and semi-finished products (deboning, afterburning);
• Packing and marking of raw materials from deboning (cooled, frozen, in vacuum);
• Complete pallets of finished products for customer orders;
• Shipment of finished products to the customer;
• Inventory of finished products warehouses and storage rooms (refrigerators, shock freezing chambers).

The work was carried out in two stages. First of all, the processes related to the circulation of finished products were automated: from acceptance and quality work (including the transfer of samples to the laboratory) to the selection of products for customer orders, direct shipment and processing of returns. Secondly, the project team focused on the automation of production operations: the formation of production orders and materials management. This includes transferring semi-carcasses to and from the deboning, treating bones on the press, sending waste for disposal, packaging chilled and frozen products, operations in the area of ​ ​ the tile skimmer and, finally, moving finished products to the warehouse.

The introduction of the TALARIX MES X5 system allowed the production complex of Kamsky Bacon LLC to achieve the following results:

• Improve accuracy of raw material and product weight data. The system now receives only stable values.
• Reduce the labor intensity of processes. The intuitive interface of automated workplaces eliminated the difficulties that shop staff faced in the previous system (for example, the need to remember the numerical designations of objects - processes, warehouses, containers, and so on).
• Increase reporting detail.
• Get at your disposal a flexible and scalable system, the architecture of which allows businesses to develop and replicate proven solutions to new production sites.

The implementation of the solution at Kamsky Bacon LLC was a significant step in strengthening the independence and safety of the holding's production processes. The project confirmed that TALARIX MES X5 is a competitive product that demonstrates high maturity, fully complies with world standards and effectively replaces imported analogues in critical production processes.
