The success of this project is largely due to the close communication of our employees with the client. The customer was friendly and open, always in touch. It went well. It is very important that the customer's specialists show interest in the project and are in close cooperation with the contractor's specialists. The participation of the project team on the part of the customer always positively affects the results, helping to work faster and avoid errors, "said Victoria Babankina, head of RPA at NFP. - And, of course, the positive role was played by the fact that the NFP team has not only RPA developers, but also consultants and methodologists, business process optimization specialists. Their experience was also useful to us.
