2021: Implementation of the Enterprise Maintenance and Repair Information Center base model
Specialists of PJSC Kazanorgsintez in partnership with the ITPS group of companies implemented the basic model of the Information Center for Management of Maintenance and Repairs of the Enterprise (ITC TOiR, its own development of ITPS). The purpose of the project is to improve the efficiency of maintenance planning and management processes, digital certification of equipment based on the standard functionality of SAP ERP. ITPS announced this on September 27, 2021.
The solution includes two software modules: "Digital model of production asset" and "Digital model of integrated calendar and resource planning and management of M&R." The first module is designed to form and maintain the current state of the equipment database and relevant regulatory reference information (NSI), the second provides support for the execution of long-term, short-term and operational planning and execution of M&R activities.
The main quality of these tools is the ability to work in a single window mode, so most of the functions of the M&R process are performed in a single session, which allows you to significantly reduce the work and increase the speed of the necessary operations. At the next stages of the project, it is planned to develop the dynamic equipment operating time planning system, its integration with MES, the introduction of integrated workplaces (AWS) of the metrolog, as well as functional support of the system during industrial operation. These works are planned to be carried out before the end of 2021.
