2024: Implementation of the OASIS GRC platform

X5 Group implemented a domestic GRC platform OASIS to automate internal audit, compliance, risk management and internal control processes. The solution developed T1 Innoteh allows you to maintain a single database of risks and control procedures for all departments business processes and a large company and effectively exchange information between all three lines of defense. T1 Innoteh announced this on October 14, 2024.

In order to quickly replace the previously used foreign solutions for managing internal audit, the retailer has switched to the Russian OASIS system. The platform expanded the customer's functionality and automated some of the procedures that were previously performed manually, including long-term audit planning and audit reporting. OASIS also made it possible to maintain lists of business processes and compliance obligations, risk registers for the company's divisions and processes, and record existing and missing control procedures.
