2025: K-Team Implementation

Korus Consulting Group introduced the K-Team corporate portal based on Bitriks24 for 2,500 employees of KNAUF, creating a single digital space for internal communications. Now corporate news is personalized to all Russian divisions, and employees are engaged with interest in corporate life thanks to gamification tools. Korus Consulting announced this on September 11, 2025.

The previous platform for internal communications has ceased to meet the company's standards for employee engagement and awareness. The created K-Team portal provided centralized channels for discussion, thematic spaces for communication and the ability to target content by region.

The project began with a detailed collection of requirements and elaboration of the terms of reference. The KORUS Consulting Group team deployed the K-Team solution on the company's servers and implemented corporate-style portal branding.

Before the launch, K-Team specialists conducted face-to-face training for KNAUF content editors at a training center in Krasnogorsk, inviting initiative employees from different regions from Irkutsk to Krasnodar. For September 2025, editors are key ambassadors of the project who actively create content and inspire colleagues to use the new platform on a daily basis.

At the start of the project, priority modules were highlighted: "About the Company," "Address Book," "News," "Channels," "Media Gallery" and "Prize Store." The company plans to open the remaining sections gradually as the functionality is developed.

To promote the portal among the employees of KNAUF, an integrated approach was used: sending an information letter from the general director, monthly digests of major news, updating content, installing the portal as a start page and training editors. As a result, 800 out of 2,500 employees became regular visitors to the portal in the first month. The greatest interest was caused by publications about significant events in the company, the achievements of colleagues and family events of employees, as well as travel and birthdays.

The created portal became the point of growth from which the restart of internal communications in our large company began. Now employees from different regions feel their involvement in the team better, and the information is distributed quickly and in modern design. For the first time, we use such functionality as the "Prize Store," where we charge virtual currency for a variety of activities: taking courses, offering news, commenting, creating channels and participating in polls, "said Leonid Maryanovich Los, head of corporate communications at KNAUF.

To draw attention to the portal, the company's management is actively involved in the discussion of topical issues - a column of questions has recently appeared for the first persons, where employees will be able to receive answers from them in the format of interviews. The portal plans to introduce a bank of ideas, post information about vacancies and tools for working together on tasks and projects, which will strengthen the new system with useful functionality.

{{quote 'K-Team is not just a platform, but a full-fledged digital ecosystem that helps build transparent and convenient communications. In KNAUF, we once again saw how important it is to involve employees in the development of the portal from the very beginning, and the result speaks for itself, - said Valeria Baltabaeva, head of HR digitalization projects at KORUS Consulting Group. }}
