In the summer of 2019 the KNAUF Insuleyshn company continued to transform business processes of mobile trade to digit, having automated work of supervisors "in fields". The OPTIMUM mobile solution Supervisor integrated with the automation system of mobile trade of OPTIMUM expands possibilities of the head of a team of sales representatives, providing control and training of employees directly in the territory, and, if necessary, giving an opportunity of collecting of orders and merchandising. Control of location and movement of supervisors provides the module of satellite monitoring GIS OPTIMUM which is also integrated into the OPTIMUM system.
2016
On August 3, 2016 company CDC announced an implementation project of a system of mobile trade the Optimum in the Russian division of the KNAUF group.
The producer of construction and finishing materials selected the complete solution Optimum as a result of the competition held among the Russian and foreign developers. The contractor should offer the system automating mobile business sales processes of products of KNAUF across all Russia[1].
Group CDC proposed the complete solution as a part of which the server and mobile components automating collecting of orders in outlets, satellite monitoring of personnel and formation of analytical reports about work. The solution is created on the basis of a technology platform and consists of modules:
By means of the implemented solution KNAUF Insuleyshn company:
- created the single database of collecting and information storage on orders,
- implemented the system of satellite control and a time recording of employees,
- optimized ordering processes, excepting errors at data transmission and having accelerated report generation.
Heads of sales representatives of the company noted growth of effectiveness of work of mobile employees. The motivation of sales representatives as their activity is estimated on the specific indicators received in an analysis result of data of a system increased.
