2025: Implementation of Knomary TMS

On February 20, 2025, Knomary (part of Astra Group) announced the implementation of a project to implement a personnel training and development management system in RusHydro, which is based on the Knomary TMS software product - a system for distance learning, assessment and development of personnel.

The project was initiated due to the need of RusHydro to replace the foreign personnel training and development system used earlier from SAP with domestic software.

Work on the implementation of the Knomary TMS system has been carried out for two years. During the implementation of the project, the initial requirements were adjusted and adapted to the capabilities of the domestic system. As a result of constant interaction and mutual understanding between the customer and the developer, it was possible to significantly improve the quality of the work performed and comply with the established deadlines for their implementation.

As of February 2025, the Knomary TMS system operates efficiently in industrial operation in RusHydro and continues to improve in the field of personnel assessment management. Developer employees provide technical support for the system. The process of operating the solution shows a high degree of reliability and resistance to various types of load, while the number of comments on the system operation remains minimal.

This project has become a vivid example of successful cooperation and adaptation of domestic technologies for the needs of large business. We managed to painlessly replace the product of one of the world's IT manufacturers. At the same time, we provided the customer with a solution that fully meets his needs and complies with the norms of Russian legislation.
