System implementation of management of business trips based on SAP HCM

Organizational scope:

• Management of business trips (FI-TV),
• Work flows (WF),
• Services of self-service (ESS/MSS),
• Portal interfaces (UI5),
• Integration with external systems,
• Management of armoring and redemption of traveling services.

Project Features:

• interfaces of a study of the employee/head/secretary are implemented based on portal UI5 interfaces,
• integration with suppliers of traveling services (about 15 organizations),
• several scenarios of integration and loading of the report of the supplier,
• integration with a 1C system,
• the workplace of the employee responsible for armoring and the redemption of traveling services is implemented (incl. an opportunity the plan fact of the analysis of the order of traveling services),
• processes of submission of requests for legal organizational support of business trips are unified,
• control of exceeding of regulations of AHR at the order of a business trip and formation of the expense report,
• the flexible system of exceptions of regulations of AHR for different employee categories.
