The main development strategy of the company – creation of the parquet floors of the highest quality category intended for the most wide range of design solutions, beginning from apartments and cottages to difficult restoration projects.
By words the Arcadia of Orlov, the chief specialist on information technologies, the idea of implementation of the modern IP PBX ripened long ago. First of all it was connected with increase in production volumes and expansion of the range, and, as a result, a staff increase of employees (today it is more than 350 people). There was not enough capacity of old analog automatic telephone exchange therefore the task to find the modern solution which would meet the strict requirements was set: would provide reliability of communication taking into account a geographically-distributed structure, it was easily scaled and minimized costs for communication.
In selection process three supplier companies were considered. After detailed acquaintance with each of them obvious advantage was got by Mastertelecom company. The possibility of use of VoIP-gateways and unlimited scalability became further a decisive argument for benefit of the Infra CommSuite IP PBX. "It would be desirable to note professionalism of staff of the company separately, – Arkady Orlov notes, – their readiness to solve complex problems not only technical character. Exactly thanks to them for the first time in Belarus the analog VoIP-equipment was certified that made possible start of our project. Quick response of staff of department of implementation and maintenance to our requests, their qualified answers to the questions concerning administration of a system made communication with the company simple and pleasant".
Implementation of the IP PBX happened in Kosvik company in several stages. System operation in the test mode showed good results then start of a system in a complete configuration was performed. All assigned tasks were solved: 1. increase in capacity of a telephone network; 2. scalability; 3. integration with SIP telephony and third-party VoIP-services. "On the future, – Arkady Orlov notes, – we plan creation of full-function call center based on the IP PBX, the solution Infratel allows to do it. Prospects – here that the most important today".
