Krasnoyarsk implements the information management system property of the city

In Department of municipal property and land relations of city administration of Krasnoyarsk the implementation project of the AIS "PARUS-Management of the state (municipal) property" started.

Within the project the automated technology of reconciliation and comparison of data of the Register of municipal property which conducts Department of municipal property and land relations of city administration of Krasnoyarsk, and inventory accounting, the conducted accounting service of each asset holder (about 600 city institutions of education, health care, a social security and other spheres) is implemented.

Integration of register accounting with financial accounting of asset holders and also automation of accounting of the movement of objects of municipal property will allow Department to manage city property on the basis of the most reliable, detailed and always up-to-date data of necessary amount. It will provide control and controllability from department in relation to efficiency of use of the financial resources allocated to asset holders for acquisition and the maintenance of objects of municipal property.

Besides, implementation of the AIS will allow to increase efficiency of specialists of Department due to optimum allocation of functions on accounting and information processing between them and specialists of organizations and enterprises - asset holders.
