Kubanenergo takes advantage of the solution of project management on the Oracle platform

The PM Expert company completed the project on development of a project management information system based on software of Oracle Primavera P6 for Kubanenergo, the company integrator reported on October 9, 2012.

Objectives

The project is initiated by the customer for the purpose of reduction of completion dates of large priority projects, says PM Expert. Project deliverables it was going to achieve due to improvement and process automation on planning and works monitoring, effective distribution of management information between project participants in a common information space, decrease in labor costs when reporting on projects, preserving of experience of projects implementation of capital construction.

Solution

In the project on development of ISUP the PM Expert company is attracted. Within the project examination of a current status InformSystems of the customer, a software update, user training, setup of a subsystem of scheduling and network planning, integration actions with other software (in particular, with "1C: Enterprise" and the Grand-Smeta PC), automation of formation of the required reporting and creation of a subsystem Informational portal is conducted.
