L'Oreal transferred to IBS service of SAP in Kazakhstan

On July 8, 2014 IBS announced occupation of a position of the outsourcer of the Russian division of the L'Oréal group regarding support of SAP solutions.

In the summer of 2016 IBS announced significant increase in volume of services in support of corporate systems of management in the L'Oréal group in Russia. Now support of the systems providing activity of group in Kazakhstan is transferred to the service center of the IT company. The command of the service center IBS for support of business applications provides expert support of an internal command of support of L'Oréal and also implements the necessary changes in a system connected with new requirements of the Russian legislation and with the changing business requests.

Since February 1, 2016 support in the same volume will be performed also for systems providing activity of divisions of L'Oréal in Kazakhstan. Thanks to the examination which is saved up by the service center IBS for maintenance of this system scaling is executed in short terms and practically without reorganization of technology processes, noted in the company. The only significant change concerned time of providing IBS services under this agreement in connection with expansion of the time zones covered by the agreement.

Project Tasks

Based on selection, the Board of Directors of the company in France made the decision - to attract as the IT outsourcer in Russia the service center for support of business applications of IBS group.

Dmitry Ivitsky, the director of the service center IBS for support of business applications, noted: "For us is the significant fact that the global company, such as L’Oréal which is perfectly imagining the quality standards of service operating in the world market selected the approach to service of SAP solutions offered by us. It once again confirms that the international companies working at the Russian market on behalf of IBS have a reliable local partner on support of solutions of the corporate level which not only is capable to provide the maximum adaptation of the accompanied system to the Russian legislation and conditions of business, but also to provide the level of service which is not conceding to the best world practice".

Project Progress

The structure of the project is focused on preserving of unique examination on client side during simultaneous creation of new flexible, effective and easily scalable support service. In staff of L'Oréal own group of specialists in SAP, first of all, of business analysts who, having knowledge of processes of the company, will continue to develop a corporate system according to needs and requests of business remains.

The IBS command acting as the expert in effective award enforcement of SAP will join this work. In addition to ensuring actually a complex of works on user support, the staff of the Service center IBS will perform the necessary changes connected with new requirements of the Russian legislation and also with the changing business requests.
