Within the project specialists of "The first engineer" developed actions for upgrade of networks of steam supply, collecting and return of condensate of LUKOIL-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez LLC. A project objective is the possibility of automated management of a complex of the systems of heat supply of the enterprise and, as a result, decrease in operating costs of the oil refining company of thermal energy.
PJSC Lukoil, as well as other large oil companies of Russia, heads for automation of all processes operating at the enterprises of the company. Power objects, in particular parokondensatny networks of the enterprise, are automated in much smaller degree, than technology objects. In this connection, the task on study of a question of system implementation of management of networks of heat supply of the enterprise was also set for The First Engineer company.
The main objective of the project consisted in development of actions for upgrade of a system of steam supply, collecting and return of condensate of the enterprise, for the purpose of a possibility of automated management of these systems. Work provided preliminary survey of the enterprise and determination of possible ways of automation of a parokondensatny system.
Works were performed in 2 stages. The first stage consisted in development of actions for preparation of networks of steam and condensate to automation. At the second stage the list of actions on system implementation of management of parokondensatny network and its further integration into the existing system of the enterprise was developed. In addition, specialists of the company executed the general calculation of investments on upgrade of a system of steam supply and condensate taking into account creation of a management system for this process.
The solutions developed by specialists of The First Engineer company will allow LUKOIL-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez LLC to manage the system of steam supply of the enterprise in the automated mode. Today all loading on distribution of flows of steam and collecting of condensate lies on the manager of workshop of steam supply, and switchings are "in the field" performed manually by operation personnel.
The management system for parokondensatny network will allow to unload essential a part the manager and to perform the main switchings and regulation of parameters in the automated mode. All this will provide as efficiency of works of the enterprise and decrease in probability of an error in system operation, and significant reduction of direct and indirect costs on energy resources, by optimization of a paropotrebleniye and minimization of economic losses at emergence of emergency situations. Depending on extent of automation and a current status of the enterprise, economy can reach up to 10% of the total costs of the enterprise for thermal energy.
Despite complexity of the project and small study of this subject in Russia, specialists of the company successfully completed all works for a month before term. This project is the first experience of consideration of a possibility of creation of a management system of parokondensatny economy at domestic oil refineries for the last 15 years.
