LUKOIL-Trans (1C: Accounting)

The data center "1C-Rarus" created in 2007 a uniform corporate information system of accounting, tax and management accounting based on the 1C: Accounting 8 configuration in "The LUKOIL-Trans transport company created for management of rail transportation of the company Lukoil Oil Company which founded her.

The automated system including 55 jobs gives the chance of operational obtaining summary information on the enterprise in general, allows to reduce labor input and costs for setup and support of geographically distributed databases.

Increase in volumes of the rendered services, exit to international markets and growth of number of branches demanded from company management of new level of automation and creation of the centralized accounting system. Project tasks included creation of a uniform configuration of the database of all branches and the database of head division, setup of management accounting on the basis of accounting and tax accounting and also creation of the necessary reference books general for all users of databases. The tools and mechanisms providing correct data exchange in any any timepoint should be developed for synchronization of bases in branches with the summary database.

In the course of automation being available in four circuit configurations of accounting were processed into the uniform configuration allowing to use the standard regulated reporting. In a single system accounting by invoices and payment and settlement documents by all settlings with buyers and suppliers was implemented, analytical accounting for formation of the quarterly reporting for superior organization under SIP (Supplemented Information Pages) is constructed.

The configuration reflecting the settings of tax accounting connected with specifics of activity of transport company. Loading from the operational database of data on rendering the railway services which are used for formation of acts is configured. The base is developed for creation of the management accounting necessary both for use in the company, and for providing information in Lukoil parent organization. Works on further setup of a managerial circuit are conducted.
