In the St. Petersburg company Lwcom implementation of CRM "1C: Trade Management and customer relations" and systems "1C-Rarus is complete: The softphone" on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform. The implementation project was performed companies "1C-Rarus St. Petersburg" (file). The Lwcom company is engaged in development and deployment of solutions in the field of system integration, delivery of network, telecommunication equipment, storage systems and data processing and other IT equipment.
For process optimization of customer relation it was decided to automate purchasing department, process of consulting activity of the company, sales process.
The implemented CRM system was integrated with a corporate system of unified communications of Cisco Unified Communication System 6.1 using the software product "1C-Rarus: Softphone" (CTI solution).
The project was implemented in 30 days. In the CRM system control of orders and purchases of goods, control of terms of reservation of goods at the supplier, the analysis of settlement with suppliers and buyers, control of receivables, the analysis of sales is exercised.
Upon the demand of the client for monitoring of the course of accomplishment of business processes and control of key indicators of work business process "Consulting work" was added to CRM.
