Labetsky Real Estate signs an agreement with clients for the provision of services at the beginning of work, as well as appendices to it in the process of fulfilling the client's task.

Cases have become more frequent when clients are not in the city or even in the country, and the agency quickly finds the very apartment or buyer for it. There is an urgent need to sign documents with the client in order to be able to move to the next stage in the transaction.

The agency was looking for a solution other than signing documents with scans, since such a common method on the market does not provide 100% security for their client. And documents signed in this way have a high risk of challenge.
