Laboratory network "LabQuest" has implemented for its medical centers "Q-Clinic" the personal account of the patient MILA White Label on the basis of the N3.Health platform from the company "ElNetMed." The solution allows patients to make appointments, receive test results, consult with doctors online and manage medical documents in a single digital space. ElnetMed announced this on April 28, 2025.
LabQuest is one of the leading laboratory diagnostics networks in Russia. Previously, the company used the product of a large vendor, but faced a number of restrictions: an overly difficult client path for both patients and employees, a high cost of scaling and a lack of flexibility in adapting to the specifics of the business.
After a detailed market analysis, which included an assessment of the capabilities of various products, integrations with medical and laboratory information systems, as well as the flexibility of improvements, LabQuest chose MILA White Label as the optimal solution for the ratio of functionality, cost and adaptability.

A version of the MILA cloud personal account, branded in the style of Q-Clinic centers, has been deployed on the company's domain for patients. It provides test results and other medical documents, an appointment for face-to-face and telemedicine consultations, a call to the house, and payment for telemedicine services. Through the built-in widget on the LabQuest and Q-Clinic website, patients can view the schedule of doctors without authorization, and to make an appointment, you can verify through Public services or fill out a simple application form.
Additional services include searching and booking drugs in pharmacies, uploading the patient to the medical record of his own documents, the ability to share documents with doctors before consultations. The personal account is available in the web version, as well as as a mobile application under the "LabQuest" brand in the App Store, Google Play, RuStore and GetApps.
The introduction of a personal account based on MILA allowed Labkvest to solve key problems: to provide patients with convenient access to test results and medical reports, simplify appointment, reduce the burden on the contact center by automating processes and minimize errors in processing applications. Integration with the IIS "First Bit" allows you to synchronize the data of doctors, schedules and services without manual input.
As of April 2025, 54 branches of the combined network "LabQuest" and "Q-Clinic" were established in MILA in 13 regions of Russia and 91 doctors were added.
In the future, LabQuest plans to expand the functionality of its personal account: add a loyalty program, introduce interpretation of laboratory tests by doctors, and develop telemedicine consultations, which will increase customer returns and increase the company's revenue. Cross-partnership with other medical organizations will allow you to include recommended specialists in the service - without losing the user in the "digital corridor."
