The Absolyut-Soft Corporate Projects company will take part in creation of ISUP for LEOVIT group.
Terms and tasks
Project works are going to begin in the middle of January. At the first stage it is going to automate activity of trading house.
The area of automation will include the following processes:
- Sales planning and stocks of finished goods
- Distribution
- CRM
- Inventory management of finished goods
- Transport logistics
Expectations
Implementation of an information system will allow to solve the whole complex of problems of enterprise management:
Sales planning and stocks of finished goods
The program will support completely the standard 3rd-level schedule system admitted to the companies with division by criterion of a planning period:
- Annual
- Monthly
- Operational (week/daily)
Distribution
- A system will consider completely all features of product lines of sales channels.
CRM
Within a subsystem of CRM it is necessary to implement:
- Registration of requests from external clients;
- Preserving in the system of detailed contact information on clients, distributors, networks, etc.;
- Display in the system of last and current orders of clients, information on shipments, payment and the history of accomplishment of sales plans;
- Maintaining a contact history with the potential and existing clients (letters, calls, meetings, negotiations, etc.);
- Registration of interest of clients in products (without adjustment);
- Management of the transaction on a full stroke of sales;
- Formation of versions of the offer, management of the transaction price (basic price + system of discounts, margins), approval of delivery conditions;
- Problem definition and control of their accomplishment.
Inventory management of finished goods
Optimization of transaction, carried out within stock accounting of finished goods is planned:
- Accounting of receipt of finished goods on batches;
- Registration of quality characteristics of the arriving products (expiration dates, batch numbers, series, etc.);
- Accounting of placement of finished goods in warehouse complexes and in warehouses, including address storage;
- Accounting of warehouse transactions (movement, receipt, write-off, inventory) with formation of the corresponding forms;
- Accounting of shipment from warehouse.
