Corus Consulting Group announced on November 13, 2017 implementation of the CRM system on the Bitriks24 platform at Letovo school board.
Project Tasks
Entrance tests are separated into several rounds — at first the contents of the submitted application are estimated, then testing and an interview with the candidate are held. It is important to administration of school not to lose talented entrants at a stage of filling of the request, to answer quickly any questions of children and their parents and also to simplify and accelerate work of selection committee. For these purposes it was decided to implement the CRM system.
Choice of a system and contractor
On a response of the customer, the user-friendly interface of the solution and a possibility of thin setup under specific processes of school made CRM "Bitriks24" an optimal solution for tasks of Letovo.
Corus Consulting Group — the partner of 1C-Bitrix company with technical competences and deep examination in automation of customer relations on different technology platforms became the partner of the project.
Project Results
In the implemented CRM system entrants fill out requests, specifying information on themselves, the representatives and also on estimates and achievements. Questionnaires automatically are sent to verifiers — employees who filter ready requests and begin work with what is filled partially. Ready requests are automatically redirected on the next stages of testing. Similar end-to-end process was implemented using integration of the CRM system with a personal account on the website of school and the registration questionnaire. Besides, the project team automated direct-marketing processes, having integrated CRM with the system of mailings Unisender and the system of analytics CoMagic. Thanks to similar integration after passing of each stage of selection — registration or filling of the questionnaire — the entrant receives the announcing letter.
Our mission — to provide to capable and motivated school students from all Russia the favorable environment for disclosure of their potential. Search of talented entrants — one of the major and most difficult tasks in this process. To control correct filling of the request and to stimulate children who for some reason did not fill out the request up to the end the CRM system working like clock-work is necessary for us. Plans for development of the project
In plans for development of a system — automation of work of selection committee and marketing department. For more active work on involvement of talented entrants it is going to carry out a number of marketing initiatives which conversion can be controlled using CRM. In parallel the part of routine work of selection committee connected with online testings and interviews will be transferred to the implemented system.
